A leader in lifelong and blended learning specialising in basic skills and business learning for individuals and start-ups. These free learning programmes in Birmingham help thousands of people each year and are backed by business support services.

All 39 libraries provide free access to computers, information resources, job seekers and start a business services. Five have their own learning centres, some have advice clinics while others provide homework clubs. They are all able to help you in a friendly, informal environment.
